"We had to get the roof replaced due to hurricane damage and ended up interviewing around 10 contractors for the job. Collis Roofing was one of the last companies we met with, but we are sure glad we did. From the start, Wally was the consummate professional. He assisted us with everything from the initial assessment to helping us select an appropriate color for the shingles. He patiently walked us through the entire process. Next up was our Project Manager, Chris B, and his install team. They arrived onsite early on the day of installation, worked efficiently, and cleaned up afterward like they weren't ever there. Chris provided constant updates on the progress throughout the entire installation and took plenty of pictures for insurance purposes. After the project was complete, the torch was passed to Ashley with the account receivable department. She was able to walk me through the final invoicing and was very helpful with all payment related questions. After all payments were received, I worked with Stephanie who promptly handled the post-project deliverables, with excellent communication. To sum it up, Collis exceeded expectations every step of the way. Roof replacements are a complex process, and we were relieved to have selected the perfect company for the job. We specialize in installing insulated white TPO membrane roofover systems on flat, low-slope residential homes and buildings. Our primary market is for manufactured homes. We offer monthly promotions and accept all credit cards.

"It was a literal nightmare. Our roof was completely compromised by the gross negligence of the crew. Almost 5 months after signing the contract the crew shows up while we weren't home and unannounced removed the existing roof. A neighbor brought to their attention that a storm was predicted and was obviously coming our way. They proceeded anyway and covered haphazardly with tarps. A terrible thunderstorm rolled in that evening and rain poured in from every fixture, doorframe and window frame in the house. The owner would not speak to us at all but threatened by email to put a lien on our house if we didn't pay the balance owed. Unfortunately we did not read the contract b4 signing and it was clearly written that they were not responsible for any inside damage. The contract clearly covered all prior errors the company had made in the past. This guy is a con artist and a scammer. If you hire this guy READ THE CONTRACT CAREFULLY. This is only part of the **** this man put us through during our unfortunate interaction with this company and its owner."
