"Excellent experience in every way. The tech was at my home within a half-hour of the appointment time. He was clean, courteous, and thorough in his evaluation and in his explanation to me about what happened. He also showed me how I can clear the pipe myself should it back up again to save me the cost of another house visit.
When this drain had clogged before, another company had cleared the pipe for almost $200 and tried to scare me into buying their semi-annual tune-up package because, as their tech said, and quot;this will definitely happen again.and quot; Hurm cleared the pipe for less than $100 and, when I asked if they had a semi-annual service I could buy, the tech said, and quot;you don't need to waste your money. Your system is in excellent condition. Just call us for an annual check-up each spring and you'll be fine.and quot;

"They did a great job. They solved all the problems I had with the chimney and it’s been working perfectly ever since. They also fixed a problem on the roof around the chimney; they replaced the wood around the chimney with a material that would never rot, so they fixed it even better than it was before. It took them a couple of days to do the work. They took care of all the cleanup as well. We've been real happy with them."

"We initially went to their showroom location and spoke with the owner Zsolt Kuntarics.  An appointment was made for him to provide measurements and a cost estimate.  He arrived on time for taking the measurements and providing us an estimate of cost.  We accepted the estimate and he prepared templates of the existing countertops.  He ordered the product just before a major holiday.  When the product slabs arrived, it was fabricated based on the templates.  When the fabrication was completed, we were contacted for a one day installation.  The installation included the removal and disposal of the old countertops.  All of the countertop pieces were leveled and adhesive was used to secure them.  I believe the actual time of the installation took about 4-6 hours.  All debris was cleaned up and final payment was made before the install staff departed.
Having had Silestone countertops in a prior location made the choice of the same product very easy.  Zsolt and all of the staff were great.  And yes, I would definitely use them again as well as to continue to refer them to others.  Other contractors have been in our house and have noticed the superb work that was done.  They did a really great job.

"Vinny provided us with a written estimate the same day he met with us, on 9/26.  We got estimates from 2 other companies and decided on using Vinny because he could start the job the quickest and he gave us the impression he knew exactly what we needed and how to get the work done right.  This proved to be a valid assumption. 
Vinny contacted us the day before we were to have the pressure washing done and gave us a time to expect the crew on Thursday, 10/17.  This time was slightly off, but that was due to the crew completing another job prior to starting our work.  Mauricio Gomez was leading the crew and they did a thorough job.  They picked up after themselves and made sure all hoses they used were properly put away and all faucets were turned off.  Mauricio informed us that the carpenter would be there on the following day, 10/18. 
Vinny also called Thursday afternoon, 10/17, to see how things went and to let us know that his carpenter would be there on Friday, 10/18, to begin the repair work needed.  Good communications.
On Friday, Estuardo, the carpenter, arrived at 10 AM.  We explained the work to be done (carpentry repairs, squirrel damaged areas to be primed and wrapped in aluminum) and he went to Home Depot for the required supplies, which took about an hour.    At 2:30 PM, Estaurdo told us he had run out of aluminum and would return on Saturday to finish the work.  When asked what time to expect him, Estuardo indicated he would be back sometime after 9 AM.  He actually arrived on Saturday around 10:30 AM, but quickly got to work and finished at 1:15 PM.  He had primed and caulked all the carpentry repairs on the garage door areas as well as finished all the squirrel damaged areas and the replacement of wood needed on one of the patio columns in the back.  He picked up after himself and let us know when he was done.   I asked him if he knew if the painters would be onsite on Monday but he wasn't sure and recommended I call Vinny.
Since I hadn't heard from Vinny by Tuesday morning, 10/22, I called to determine when to expect in the painters.  We did have scattered rain showers predicted, so Vinny agreed the painters would return on Thursday, 10/24, which they did.  Again, Mauricio was leading the painting crew but somehow he didn't have the paint yet, so he went to get paint while the crew began all the prep work.  Unfortunately, the paint number for the base of the house changed, so Mauricio ended up having to make a second trip using the actual leftover paint we had so Sherwin Williams could match it.   The painting crew worked until 6 PM that night but  had not finished and needed some additional paint, so they were scheduled to return on Friday morning to finish up.  The paint crew arrived around 9 AM on Friday morning and quickly got to work.  They finished up at 11:30 AM, and Mauricio did a walk through with us to make sure we were happy with the work.  At that time, we found a couple of spots that needed touch up, as did Mauricio.  These areas were quickly handled and the job was completed.  The crew did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and making sure everything was put back in place.  My husband and I were pleased with the work done and the time frame in which it was done.

"The last week of February 2013 I experienced a broken water line in my kitchen.  Once I found a  plumber who would work on the weekend, the leak was assessed and eventually ended up having to re-plumb the house.  The insurance adjustor came out and did their assessment of the damage and I learned that all of my tile floors would need to be replaced as they were contiguous (kitchen, laundry room, breakfast area, family room, hallway and bathroom). Carpet in an adjacent bedroom needed to be replaced as well.  In the kitchen a base cabinet needed to be replaced and I was told the rest of the cabinets needed to be refaced in order to match the new base cabinet.  To have this work done I was given a check for $10k.
Since I had never had to deal with anything like this I was shocked to learn it was up to me to coordinate my repairs.  Not knowing who to use, I joined Angie?s List in order to find out who to avoid and who would do a good job.  After reviewing the rating and comments for a number of contractors, I selected Superior Craftsman because of their A rating as well as the comments from others who have used them.  Another reason for selecting Superior Craftsman was that their employee, Kevin McCreight, was a certified licensed insurance adjustor and had assisted others in dealing with their insurance company.  I explained my situation to
Kevin and arranged for him to come to my home on a Saturday to review the damage.  When he arrived, I showed him the estimate that I had been given and Kevin immediately said that he wanted to re-measure everything.  Sure enough, the original adjustor had not captured all areas and had inaccurate measurements.  Kevin sent in his assessment and true to his word, he worked with my insurance company keeping me informed every step of the way.  Not evening knowing if we would be able to increase the amount the insurance company would pay, Kevin had me selecting tile, carpet and cabinet styles.  I then learned that Kevin?s estimate resulted in an additional $10k.     
Although I signed the contract with Superior Craftsman 03/24/13, they were not able to start on my project until the 1st week of June due to the delay with my insurance company and getting the materials in.  Owner Tony Monto had told me that once the material came in the job would be completed within 4-6 weeks.  True to his word they finished the job within that time.  To summarize my experience, the following are the reasons why I would use Superior Craftsman again and also encourage others
to use them as well: ·  
     
>  Very professional every step of the way.  At no time did I ever feel pressured or "silly" for asking the questions that I had.  I knew from the beginning that work would start once all of the materials were "in".  In doing this they were able to move on to the next phase once the current one was completed with minimal delays.
>   Having Kevin to work on my behalf with the insurance company is worth it's weight in gold!  Without his knowledge and ability to represent the damage and needed replacement costs to the insurance company I would have accepted the $10k and not have gotten the results I have.
>  Kept me informed.  I knew when and what to expect what work was  being done.  Tony stopped by on a regular basis to see the progress and talk with me about the job.  If there was a question, he immediately checked with me to ensure it was what I wanted. 
>  I especially appreciated that Tony and his employees did as much as they could to avoid any inconveniences.  This included making sure that my 2 dogs did not escape when doors were open.  They were also very patient and helpful with my elderly mother who lives with and could be difficult at times.
It wasn't until the end of the job that I learned that Tony was the owner of Superior Craftsman. This said a lot about the ownership he has with his business, quality and customer satisfaction."
