"I called John Monday morning with a request for him to come take a look at my furnace because the pilot wouldn't stay lit. He came out the same day checked the furnace all out and called me back with the potential problems. The Blower had a bad capacitor and it was dirty which was cutting down on the airflow, while he was at it he checked the evaporator coil and it had the same problem, it was clogged with dirt. He give the price of $435 and I give him the go ahead to clean it all up and fix the problems it had along with replacing my filter and capacitor. He informed me that ONG was giving rebates for getting this kind of service done. In all John was very pleasant and professional to deal with, in the future I will be calling Morris heating and air for all my HVAC needs and would strongly recommend that you give him a call before you call anyone else. <br />"

"Roger came to my home to provide an estimate. He arrived promptly. He was professional, very pleasant, and easy to talk to. I showed him the work I needed to have done. He measured the rooms for flooring. He spent time talking with me about some other issues I had with my house and offered some good ideas. I don't think he completely understood my vision for a change in the layout of the shower in the master bath but I would have revisited that topic with him prior to hiring him. I was concerned about a possible cat "accident" ruining new floors and Roger had a great idea to have the planks stained and sealed on site. This would help prevent moisture from getting in between the planks. Roger provided an estimate with moderate details. His estimate was about what I expected and in line with my budget. He called to follow up with me on the estimate. I wasn't home at the time and he left a message. I always appreciate it when a service provider checks back. It makes me feel like they want my business. I give him an A+ for doing that. I liked Roger. A minor health issue come up in my family and I decided to table the project for the time being. <br />"
