"We have very large willow trees that we try to trim way back every five years or so. We had hoped because Woodchuck has a bucket truck, they could get the tops more easily than we can with ladders. We are happy to have the trees trimmed but they were left pretty raggedy and uneven, with some branches still sticking up. The crew had to come back because they forgot to do one tree.
