"Joe and his son did a great job cleaning our air ducts today. "He did a great job explaining everything to me beforehand, what he found afterwards and convinced me to get the UV lighting to kill the harmful bacteria circulating through the house. The only reason I gave 4 stars is later I found the return vents screws hadn't been drilled back in and I've been unable to find them. "
