Michael called to do a walk through estimate and several texts and emails were received reminding of pack dates. "This company?s actions raise serious concerns about their business practices. After my move, I received an additional $1,400 charge. I responded immediately, providing photos and even offering camera footage showing their movers inaccurately reporting hours worked. Instead of reviewing the evidence and correcting the bill, they insisted I pay the full amount. When I asked them to resubmit an invoice reflecting the correct billable hours, they charged my card in full without authorization. I filed a fraud claim with my bank, and the charges were reversed. Since then, the company has not responded to any further communication. In addition to the billing dispute, several of my belongings were broken during the move, and there was damage to the walls of my home. Based on my experience, I strongly recommend others proceed with caution. "

"National Van Lines only sent us two guys to pickup our items. The delivery was much better with three guys. However, they packed our items pretty tight and things got crush a bit. So, the service was okay for the money we paid. "
