On a scale of 1 to 10, I would give the quality of his work a 3 at best ? but I?ll let you decide based on the photos. The step has a visible dip of more than half an inch in the top surface, which not only looks bad but also creates a trip hazard. Despite pointing this out, Isaiah dismissed the issue and demanded an additional $500 to fix it ? a bold request. Due to poor planning, the concrete was poured just four hours before a heavy rainstorm ? a basic mistake no professional should make, especially with rain clearly forecasted.
