"Received a call from Yani within 1 minute of submitting my request. She was able to book appointment the same day. Matt showed up right on time (a bit earlier)! He explained the cleaning process and procedure to clean out the dryer vent, which was overdue. Matt used shoe covers when he entered our home and was extremely polite and professional. I asked if he can inspect our duct system which hasn't been cleaned in several years. He showed me the interior of the duct and said it did not need immediate cleaning at this time. I highly recommend Y&M. In fact I found out Matt was at our Condo complex last week and cleaned 2 other Condos."
