After spending $43000, the courtesy of a return call would have been appreciated."

Brothers resided our new home, replaced the roof, gutters, soffits, flashing of the chimney, replaced a new window, and pitched part of one of our chimney's. The work was impeccable. The owner was available for questions, the foreman was approachable, the workers kept the property neat, and our home looks brand new on the exterior. "This team is extremely professional. I was very impressed on how much they care to do a good job. I have interviewed several companies to help me fix a roof leak since I had some bad experiences in the past. They had the most resanonable quote out of them all and excellent costumer service. They came to my house the time they said they were going to, and shared so many pictures of their progress through out the morning via their link; which I was very grateful for being usually is hard to know exactly what they did on the roof. I was able to see everything they did, and wow they did such a good job from the complete set up, removal of singles, replacement of plywood, and complete clean up before they left. "This company is awful! I had all my windows replaced by them. And not 3 years later the seals popped. I called to get replacements cause you are supposed to have a lifetime warranty, they tell me they will not replace them due to using a different manufacturer which I don?t know how they can even push that onto the consumer. Finally after weeks of fighting g they ?say? there gonna do the right thing and replace the windows to only have rescheduled on us 3 times so far. This company is a joke. "
