And IF a provided service and / or product takes things a Definitive Notch above Excellent . . . Well then it is my great pleasure to brag on these guys. Talk about an exceeding of expectations. These guys Rock. Plain and Simple. Over the years I have dealt with varied Concrete Contractors in contracting several houses. Some better than others as with all things. Got a price from a previously used decent provider. He's busy so the price just stupid ridiculous. Another guy previously used - "Let me call you back . . . " Not to be heard from again. Busy. I get it. "Can't do it all and it looks like things will stay busy" - Maybe A random Google search brought me across Above All Concrete. After an online inquiry, it was shortly thereafter that Denis came out and assessed the challenging large slab and footer shelf that I needed. There was a clear plan that was provided, a description of the entire process, start to finish. And a Very Fair Price. In light of the finished product, An Excellent Value, that I am certain of. My project had setback after setback dealing with Engineering hiccups among others. Several times after All Above having scheduled the Concrete Trucks, Labor, Pump, etc I would have to once again ask to push things back. 4 times this happened and I felt terrible about it. And there was ZERO hint of the Office Scheduler feeling put out. That is RARE. For me it is. Through the process of the initial quote, the price, the followup, the numerous questions that arose from the engineer, contractor, myself, . . . Numerous - Denis not once failed to answer my call or promptly respond. Rare indeed. Ruben the owner is Kind, Communicative, Humble, Accommodating, Family Man. And he has put together one Heck of a Team. And ultimately, the hard work, and the Intention, the Attitude, the Care, and yes the craftsmanship. Concrete can be halfway done like anything else. And like a lot of things, A lot can be overlooked if One doesn't know or isn't aware. Homeowners Especially . . . It's the little things that add up into a **** Good Finished Product to stand back and be Really Really Pleased with a things such as this that can turn out a number of different ways. "Blue Way Concrete did an exceptional job with our project. They were by far the best company we have ever worked with. We had a very old concrete driveway, parking pad and porch/walkway which needed to be removed. We had a new concrete ribbon driveway, porch and walkway installed by Blue Way. I was contacted within 24 hours of requesting a quote on Angie’s List. Felipe then came out to the house and took detailed notes and measurements. He was the only contractor (out of 4 companies) that arrived for a quote with a mask. We received our quote within a timely manner. The quote contained a detailed drawing along with a extensive breakdown of all labor and materials. It also contained information on what to expect during the project and a photo of the pea gravel that we requested. When there was a question on a measurement, Felipe and Kati arrived back out the same day and sent a revised quote within 24 hours. Blue Way's quote was very competitive and because of their detailed quote, reviews and professionalism we hired Blue Way. Felipe stayed in touch with me before the project started and gave me updates on times and work during the project. The crew leaders kept us informed on the work and made sure to get our input on any questions that arose. The crew always arrived on time. They were courteous, friendly, very efficient and always cleaned up. Because a bobcat was needed to demo the existing concrete, we knew there may be some damage to our lawn. Rolando made sure to lessen the damage by following his tracks and not damaging more of the yard than needed. The project was completed within a day of the timeframe given at the start of the project. We are extremely happy with the work Blue Way Concrete provided and we would highly recommend them."

"Highly recommend Brandons service. Excellent communication and courteousness, always on time. The entire property looks great and he was very meticulous in making sure the job was done completely to our satisfaction. It's not an easy job with multi-levels, lots of original wood trim and windows over 100 years old, porches, breezeway, carport, patios, pergolas, driveway, and over 200 ft of sidewalks etc. The sidewalks were practically black and look so much better! He has the proper equipment and paid extra attention to detail to softwash effectively without doing damage to the house or vegetation. More than fair on price as well. We will be using him again in the near future!!"

"I emailed Josh Clark through Angie's list and he called the following day.  All appointments he set were honored promptly.  He looked at the problem, told me what needed to be done as well as giving me some options I had not thought of.  They returned to do the prep work including fixing the drain, rebar, and showing me an example of a stamped finish to the concrete.  The pour went exactly according to schedule and plan.  Two days later Josh stopped by and removed the forms, as he said he would.  All clean up work was immaculate, service was efficient and friendly.  I am very pleased with the look of the patio - plus during the hard rain the water went down the drain!"

"<p>I thought they did a real good job. It does not smell or anything. If it was tall enough it looks like a room you could be in to live in, but it is our crawl space. They are really good. We get an annual checkup and their services are kind of expensive, but my husband checks every time it rains and now the water does not sit underneath the house or mess up our foundation. "Can't sing their praises loud enough. Be patient and wait for him, he is busy because he is good and the best price you will find out there (I know, I looked at 10 contractors) but when he starts on your job it goes lightning fast and is done in record time. Marty and his team work 7 days a week (they really do) and in all types of weather. This job at the very least would take a month, he did it all in two weeks and it was superbly done. They are fantastic and Marty is the nicest person you can ever wish to work with.  <br /> Here is my story. Like many of the reviews on this site I was frustrated that he could not start as quickly as I wanted him to so I got JC Concrete in (also highly rated on Angie's List) and it was a disaster -  they dug the footers in the wrong place in spite of the fact that a surveyor had pegged it out for them. That was 6 weeks and thousands of dollars later - we finally had to get a lawyer to evict them. Feeling very desperate and not knowing who to trust we called Marty at Affordable Concrete and he literally took over the very next day. They fixed the mess by filling, compacting and re-digging the footers, re-doing all the steel and in three days they were already pouring concrete for the footers. Four days later a 1,500 cinderblock basement wall was already built, reinforced and concrete was pouring in. After plumbing was in place the slab only took 3 more days. Phenomenal and fantastic quality. The building inspectors, and contractors I dealt with could not believe the quality and the price. You will NOT get it cheaper and certainly not any better anywhere else. <br /> Here is the best part of my story. Marty knew that we had been ripped off by the useless guy in the first attempt so he not only fixed it all for the same price but he actually came in a lot under his original price saving us the amount we lost. That is the type of guy he is. <br /> Marty has a saying "Don't let them steal your sunshine" he made the sun shine for us again. You would be crazy to look for anyone else - best price, best quality and a really nice guy - that is rare to find in a contractor. <br /> <br />"
