"A soft wall due to improperly installed gutter by some other entity or homeowner caused water to constantly leak into the wall from the exterior roofline. This soft wall grow moldy and become riddled with pests/bugs. The contractor identified the potential issues, agreed to explore and open the walls and discuss the conditions, made sound recommendations for repair and did exactly what was noted in the repair (replaced a load bearing exterior wall, fixed the sill plate, completed the roof, shingles etc. and closed up the walls on the inside with insulation and sheet rock.). The work was timely, well done, the workers were clean as they did the job and kept the rest of the property clean. The manager of the job David Apel was and is an excellent communicator with phone/email/text and photos of processes and progress. I am going to use this company in my own investment endeavors on other properties and projects given the level of finished work, the timing and especially the level of detailed communication."

"I would highly recommend Tate's Property Care for your lawn care needs. They were easy to communicate with, on-time and extremely professional. They came to the home, provided a recommendation /quote and we couldn't be happier with the work they provided! I definitely plan on using them again."

"Jeremy and his team did a wonderful job. They installed fence panels, a privacy panel, bamboo outdoor curtains and some artificial ivy for me. They were fast, professional, left my yard immaculately clean and even hauled away the trash so my bins wouldn’t overflow. I already have several more projects planned with them! I would highly recommend Jeremy and his team at Eastern Woodland Solutions and I look forward to working with them again in the future."

"Joe has been mowing my lawn and providing extra landscaping services as needed for 3 years. He does great work. Always on time and very pleasant. My yard looks great thanks to him."

"I've been using over the years. They were caring people, they're just incredible. They're willing to work for people with difficulties. Very giving and caring people, plus the fact that I like what they do."

"Justin is very knowledgeable of the vast array of plant life on our property and he is highly professional, reliable, and cordial. I definitely plan to call upon him in the Spring for his landscaping expertise since we have just moved into the home with a complexly landscaped yard."

"I can’t say enough good things about Chad and his crew. We feel so lucky to have found them after several contractors never called me back after promising to do the work and left us with half started projects. Not only are we thrilled with how it came out, the price was reasonable (there were some permit issues from things which had recently changed) and Chad and crew came and fixed everything in a timely manner!!! Chad did everything he needed to do to make sure we were set!! I would recommend Chad over and over again and already have. If you need an outdoor patio installed or other various landscaping work please do not hesitate to call Chad first. :) We are so happy to have found him."

"First of all they showed up when they said they would. They went above and beyond what I expected and with a professional adherence to details. I now consider them my only call when I need landscaping, yard work and snow removal."

"The guy was on time for the job. He is very professional, honest and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend him for all garage door replace or repair."

"Very well! We highy recommend Alex Duplessis. He works hard and is thoughtful and competent. We've already sung his praises to friends and neighbors. Just one consideration: Be sure to tell Alex that if he will be late, to give you a call and let you know. His commute almost always holds heavy traffic, which is definitely a consideration. The quality of his work and his fair prices more than make up for this. YES to Alex!"
