Jeremy did the install in less than a full day. I've had the system for little over a year. They came back this fall for an annual cleaning and I signed up with them for a service contract. Fast forward to December 24th Christmas eve. We lost power in Essex and my generator tripped the furnace off due to a surge. I called Ron who was out of state at the time.
