Ventsmart also cleans that area IN your dryer under the lint trap that you cannot get to without special tools. He cleans the vent stack from the inside AND outside. I will definitely use them every year going forward."

He was very thorough, checking everywhere. The verdict ...... For now things look good. He provided helpful suggestions to reduce risk of attracting more rats. Now I have to pay over 2000 for new duct work and rat proofing the roof. If i had to do it again, I would do not hire rock solid and do my own home inspection. 0 stars"
