Small jobs welcome

"Very professional and very good at cleaning windows. Literally the best job I've had done. Also, left no sign of his being there. Everything was put back in its place -- no water spilled on the deck or porch -- just super clean, polished windows. Jeff does a great job -- you won't be disappointed."

"“Ronnie and Jessie came out and installed the two Heat pumps in our home and worked very conscientiously to complete the work in a professional manner and make meticulous steps to keep everything in a clean and great looking condition. They then cleaned up the area to make sure all areas were clean. Ronnie provided a step by step instruction on using the remotes and controlling the units. I am completely satisfied with the service and installation I received and highly recommend them to anyone needing their services. I give them A+ for their skills!”"

"<p>The owner, Sean, was prompt regarding the initial assessment visit and price estimate. Two men (JT and Matt) were sent out to do this work. Took approximately 3 days to complete (a total of about 15 hours). They were very professional and communicated well regarding the work needing to be done as they pulled old tile off of the floor and wall to make the necessary and appropriate repair. They were very thoughtful regarding the project, kept the area cleaned up at the end of each work day, and the work completed was of EXCELLENT quality! Highly recommend.</p>"

"We bought a house in July 2014 that had been renovated in 2001 at which point a heated driveway was installed. The previous owners had not used the heating system in the driveway for 3 - 4 years previously. During the inspection, Northern Star came out and tested the system and it appeared to work at that time, or at least they said it did, but the first time it snowed it didn't work. They proceeded to come out about 10 times subsequent to this, each time replacing one more item until it began working. Northern Star said that it would work automatically as it was designed to do. At the end of all this service, it did work, but would still not come on automatically. The only way to turn it on was to put a stick in a hole in the unit outside. During the work they needed to dig up the yard and said they would cover it back in the spring after the ground thawed. They did do this. They generally came out when they said they would and were okay about returning calls, though not initially. The end price was extremely expensive. Northern Star, to their credit, did as us what we thought was fair and I believe we knocked off tax and maybe a few hours of work. I think we could have knocked off more as John seemed very happy about this. Our general impression is that they kept replacing things until they fixed it, but didn't really know what was wrong, so we probably paid for some unnecessary parts and labor. <br />"
