Location. We are a Penn Yan based landscape company offering; Design and construction Experienced in outdoor construction (5 yr.) and landscape installation (5yr.) We try to put our best (and sometimes our hardest) work into the project before it begins, to make sure there is a satisfactory, clear and successful plan in place to expedite the work. We have grown this business from the ground up for over 30 years. We have grown in to a dominate company with teams to get the job done right the first time. We are experienced in all phases of construction such as residential, commercial, and municipal.

I am fully insured. I do not have any employees, I have 2 sub contractors that I have access to that I hire to work along side of me if I need more manpower for the job. My billing procedures are as follows; for small jobs I require 2/3 of the total contract down to have the job scheduled and then the final 1/3 due upon completion of the job. For long jobs a payment schedule would be set up and followed for billing. I will also work at a time and material basis for really small jobs. Promotions that I would offer would be only on window replacements and they would be promotions that I would receive from the window supplier and I would just pass those along; they change month to month.
