"We needed to replace the existing basement windows to our home. The existing windows were metal framed, very old, and provided no insulation. So I called Thermal Quality in early August, 2015 and spoke with someone who took down all of the information and then had a representative Mike contact me within 1 day after calling.  Mike was able to come out to my house to look at the existing windows, offer window replacement options, and an estimate within a few days.  He was very professional - he provided me a folder with warranty information, window information, how the work would be done, and a full estimate.  He left his card and said to call with any questions.  Also, their estimate was very reasonable (especially compared to another competitor who was a lot higher).  I then called Mike back within a few days to move ahead with the work.  I was very impressed that he actually came back out in person so that I could sign the contract for the work and answer additional questions.  I was also very impressed when I got a call from Mike over the Labor Day weekend to inform me that my windows were ready only about 2 weeks after being ordered instead of the 4-6 week estimate given and their willingness to install the windows on Labor Day.  Tony came out and worked diligently to install the windows for us on the holiday and was very prompt, professional and courteous.  He did an excellent job and are new windows look great!  I would highly recommend Thermal Quality due to their promptness and professionalism.

"The man said our vents were causing water to leak into a bedroom, also they needed to caulk the roof above another room that was getting water in. Due to snow it took a few weeks for them to be able to look at our roof. They replaced the Two bathroom vents on top of the roof. The cost to replace the two vents was 300.00. It seamed expensive to me being i already paid 79.00 to inspect and do minor repairs. The total was 379.00 to inspect and replace Two rubber vents. The man I dealt with was very nice and nailed up a piece of siding that was coming off."
