"I wish I could give this company a wonderful review. But, that's not going to be the case. Our System Pavers salesman, Mr. Mike Ammenwerth, took care of drawing up the plans. He was nice enough....however....communicating with him afterward was, in fact, a challenge in itself. We signed the contract for our Paver project, which included Pergola Patio Cover, which turned out to be a separate project in itself. We were assigned a couple of "project managers".....first it was Beau Johnston, the Repair Technician, who had to be pulled off the job....then it was Mr. Zakk Schot who ended up being our primary point-of-contact for the majority of the project. We also had interaction for the company Contraction Manager, Mr. Frank Gori. All in all.....communication was spotty at best throughout this experience (with the exception of dealing with Zakk). The Pergola patio cover became an issue as time went on. We advised Mike Ammenwerth that we wanted additional shade than we were receiving from our existing wooden patio cover. Mike told us "no problem" and recommended the Pergola. Well, the Pergola, once it was installed, sat higher (taller) with a less angle and, frankly, provided less shade (or really no shade) when we compared it to our old patio cover. It's attractive looking without question......however, now we have to install roll down shades to the sides and front of our beautiful patio cover. Not what we expected at all. Our patio cover faces to the South. So.....be very much aware of which side of the house YOU intend on the installation of the very same product. Had I done more research on companies that perform this very same type of service, I would have saved myself a heck of a lot of money. System Pavers profit markup is outrageous (I found out after-the-fact). The company itself only hires subcontractors for their work. The paver subcontractor (Mr. Rozival Sousa of Paver Performance, Lic #1060961) asked me what I paid for our paving contract.....he gave me a "look", then told me that he could of done it for half the price with the very same material and guarantees. Lesson learned. This company depends on the ignorance of the client. The subcontractor, and his team, did a reasonably nice job with our paving project. However, they were very sloppy with the concrete residue left behind on all edges of the paver boundaries. They also left lots of rock and sand that we had to clean up. We filled 3 large trash cans and still had more to go. Some sprinkler pipes were broken as well.....however....those were repaired. For the price I (we) paid for this construction project, I certainly expected more attention to detail when it was all said and done. Would recommend this company to someone else? Probably not. Do your research! More importantly, take several bids from various companies. You will eventually discover that System Pavers is way over priced."

"Lee was very responsive and scheduled the the new patio/walkway project the next week. He noticed some drainage issues and made good suggestions to fix those problems. The demolition revealed an old cement walkway under the brick walkway - no matter, they hauled it all away. Finished in 2.5 days. The reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is that the quality of the wood for the fence they installed was not that great, and it took a while to take away the extra pavers. I highly recommend."

"I apologize for being 4 months late in submitting my report. Mike had worked for us before. He did a perfect, outstanding job on our kitchen and dining room floor so we felt very confident he was the right man for the job of a much, much more difficult job of the tile project we had in mind for our bathroom. We knew even one small mistake in the bathroom tile work would be a obvious disappointment. Mike was a perfect professional, he gave a true estimate and showed up for work as scheduled. There are zero mistakes. I have spent many hours in my tub looking at every nook and cranny from floor to ceiling at the amazing, accurate tile layout he did. I am 100% satisfied. Mike knows how to design and layout tile. He is a master tile layer and installer. He believes in customer satisfaction and he definitely goes the extra mile to have pride in his work for a perfect outcome. He does not take short cuts."

"Job took 5.5 days with 1 to 3 men working each day. Tight access to back yard, restricted work space, haul away of excess dirt, higher grade Basalite pavers, and significant stone cuts in the design contributed to our cost. Work sites, front and back, were thoroughly cleaned at finish of job."
