They came out every time when they said they would. The guys that have been here have been very respectful, polite, professional and quick. The only drawback is that their mowers do not have grass clipping bags attached. I have two dogs that run around and bring the grass in to the house. I did ask them to please use their blowers to blow all the loose grass clippings through the fence. They were happy to do that for me. Problem solved.
