"Our "only" negative comment about Ground Zero Shelters is that they do not come to a persons residence to give the sales pitch and demonstration. You must go to their showroom or see their product at a home show. This being said, we were extremely happy with the sales experience, reminders and installation of our shelter. They called about 10 days prior to the installation for a reminder, their installers called the day before and the morning of the installation to remind us that they would be at our home at the designated time. They showed up as promised and were completed with the installation in less than 1 1/2 hours time! Thank you Ground Zero!"

"As first time homebuyers our experience with Emporia Roofing was excellent!  They showed up on time and the job was done only in 2 days.  Our roof was in very bad shape (no leaks) but the previous owners had done it themselves and it showed.  The roof was bowing, it sagged and there were shingles missing.  On top of that there was 3 layers of shingles that were just put right over on top of each other and probably been there since "who knows when!"  They were professional, they stayed in contact with us and the owner gave us $250 off for the 30 year shingles due to a mistake with the previous estimator.  They answered our questions and the crew was extremely friendly.  Our house looks refreshed again and we are proud to show off our house in the neighborhood.  They were the least expensive estimate we had gotten, by almost $1000-$2000.   We only have a 1200 sq ft house and we thought it was a deal.  They worked with us when it came to making payments on the materials and when the day of the job was done, I smiled and handed the check over to the Superintendent and complimented them again on the beautiful job they did and how happy we were!  If we still own the house in 20-30 years we will be seeing you again, because this company is the only one we will be using and recommending!  Thank you Charlie for having the best crew.  Sincerely, The Hanson's Council Grove <br />"

"Work went well; however, my windows are not as sound proof or energy efficient as I thought they would be so Rolox will be coming back out to check on their installation. My check was lost in the mail and I received harassing and threatening calls and Rolox was about to put a lien on my house and charge me a $495 fee and 24% interest rate but halted when they received my reissued check that I had previously indicated to them was in the mail when they continued to keep calling asking for payment."

As it was the holiday season, she was engaging even to the passing people and their children. Making sure of both the progress and our satisfaction every step of the way. Even driving out of his way, mid-installation to check in on the event. <br />  The crew member were a perfect picture of efficiency!  Every member on time. They arrived in tandem and all proceeded with their jobs immediately. First  placing tarps to protect our home, through out. Then having every single supply in order and available to themselves.  <br />  Yes, I have had workmen need to use my extension cords. <br />  Not these guys! Awesomesauce!! For a job that I was prepared to take all day, they were in and out of here in a matter of hours. They even took time to indulge my disabled son. Took time to answer even his questions. Not everyone does that.  All four were very polite and exceptional to deal with. The whole time being respectful of our home. What a joyful and pleasant surprise. Right down to a fabulous job on even the clean up. Above and beyond, I would say. <br />  The change from our old windows was immediate and phenomenal!
