"They were very quick to respond. There was a disconnect between my sales rep and installer. However, my installer handled it seamlessly and to my benefit."

"Great company to work with. Reasonably priced. Great installers. The gutters look great and work even better. I particularly liked the gutter guard system. By far, superior to competitors."

They explained everything clearly, completed the installation quickly, and left everything clean afterward. The gutters look amazing and work perfectly. "had new gutters installed on all sides. Crew worked like beavers even though temp was 90+. experienced crew, completed in quick time and looks great. have had several hard rains since install and all is working as designed. thanks for a job well done."

"Installation went great. We would have preferred a different color going down the sides, but we didn't pay for that initially, so that was our mistake. The installation went well, they showed up on time and did a good job installing the gutters, even where it was at the top of our two-story house. However after all the rain we had, I begin to see where some of the screws are protruding and starting to rust, also they didn't leave me enough room to put the runoff paver after telling me I needed to do that. The quality was so-so. The installation was great, and that's why I gave them a lesser score.

"Creative concepts was the perfect company for my home care needs. The employees were professional and efficient. Nic was great to deal with and was able to execute high quality gutter installation that exceeded my expectations."

"Kraftman Construction did an awesome job repairing my roofs. I highly recommend Kraftman Construction if anyone is looking to have roof work done!!"

"Frank returned our call within 24 hours and scheduled an appointment for an estimate of repairs. He was prompt and courteous. When repairs were made, Frank and his crew arrived when expected. Most of the back half of the roof metal had to be replaced due to removing the framework that held the solar panels. His crew removed the damaged metal from the roof starting in the afternoon and returned the next morning and finished all repairs in the early afternoon. They cleaned up the work area each day and left everything neat and orderly. The entire crew was professional, courteous, and efficient. It was a pleasure to have them do the work. Solarshield had originally installed the roof in 2005. His crew at that time was equally professional and great to work with."
