"Vince scheduled the job himself and sent a crew of (2) to slab cut a trench in my pool deck. I had a suction leak in an uderground pool pipe very close to the skimmer. The guys had to be careful not to damage the skimmer, just expose the piping. The pool deck ended up being much thicker than originally anticipated but the result was a nice clean, straight trench that exposed the pipe I needed to replace. There was a small section of concrete that still needed to be removed very close to the skimmer so Vince came over himself with a roto-hammer and carefully removed the rest. I appreciated the fact that he took the time to make sure the skimmer wasn't damaged but that the pipe was exposed enough to re-plumb. I had a leak free suction line again the next day thanks to Vince and his crew."
