I’ve been waiting for an update on the siding being painted, touch ups they missed to be fixed, have their interior team fix the walls their crew punched nails through the wall, broke the frame of our kitchen window, and pick up the materials that have been blocking our driveway since the start of the project. It took them three weeks from the initial pick up date I was given for their team to pick up and confirm that the honey bucket had been taken from our property. Of course I had to call them to follow up and actually get it picked up. All of this to basically summarize that if you want your siding done in a timely manner and to work with a cohesive team that values communication and their customers as much as theirs salesman Brad told us they do, then find another company aside from Pacific Exteriors."

"I am updating my previous 5-star review bec it was written only after Chris promised to refund a 4% credit card surcharge in exchange for a "good review." Now that the "repair" has failed within 30 days, I realize the quality is completely unacceptable. 1. Inappropriate Materials: During the "repair," the worker used Rust-Oleum High Heat Enamel spray paint on my chimney. This product is designed for BBQ grills and wood stoves, not for waterproofing a roof. It is a cosmetic paint, not a sealant, and it cannot stop a water leak. 2. Improper Process: Despite my requests to fix the exterior leak first, they finished the interior drywall and painting while the roof was still leaking. 3. Lack of Supervision: No manager ever inspected the site. 4. Failed Repair, Denied Warranty: 2 weeks later, the roof is leaking in the same spot, causing my new interior wall to bulge. Despite a "15-year warranty," Chris refused to honor it and instead sent a new quote for $1,800 to fix the same chimney."

"With many roofing companies as possible options for our roof replacement selecting a contractor can be challenging. Patriot Roofing performed all aspects of the project flawlessly. Communication was great all the way through, I really liked the text message updates. The crews were very polite, a pleasure to have around, I mean they all really were great! As a contractor in a previous life, I seem to pick things apart, or so I'm told, I tried but there really was nothing to pick apart. Price is always a concern but, this levels out as well and we really feel that the work performed coupled with the overall experience was well worth it. "DO NOT EVER HIRE THIS COMPANY. 7 years ago they installed metal roofing on our new construction made with SIPS. Our contractor provided manufacturer installation instructions. Early work began fine and their process was signed off by our contractor. Then multiple crews came through, who apparently did not get the message. A metal roof on top of SIPS SHOULD HAVE LASTED 50 YEARS. NOW we're having to replace our roof at a greater cost than out-of-state college tuition. The new roofers are having to scrape rotted OSB from the foam insulation, completely negating the SIPS warranty and littering the neighborhood with the rotten debris. The analysis is that Forever Roofing (1) installed the Tiger Paw sheeting incorrectly and (2) did not bend the top of the metal panels up under the roof peak, both of which allowed water to enter. FURTHERMORE, after letting water in, they blocked off any egress at the bottom of the roof with wood blocks between the staves. Eventually water sat in there for years until the soffits started popping off. One of the Forever Roofing managers came by to take a look at the damage and essentially washed his hands of the business - no integrity for workmanship. RUN AWAY - "Forever" is an utter misnomer."

"Added 1000 sq feet addition to our house. Total roof area came out to 16 squares (1600 square feet). The owner Randy was just a gem of a guy. Respectful, polite, cared about his employee and completed the job with heavy concrete tiles in a timely manner. Excellent rates. Highly recommend this company and the owner has over 30 years roofing experience."

"Not five stars 10 stars Eugene (the owner) and his team (Rene & Crew) Did the work in Feb 2025 The weather was perfect but cold in the first two days After that it was rain, cold, snow, and freeze Somehow, someway, they got it done in less than a week I was concerned with the weather conditions all around But the work got done on time Eugene kept me calm by responding to all my questions and concerns The crew was unbelievable Their work ethic and professionalism are second to none The roofing product was first class The workmanship was of highest quality Almost impossible to put these into words As an owner of the house and getting the roof replaced will only happen once in my lifetime This was so important to get it done right I got a lot of bids The price was too good to be true Now that the work was completed I would pay the higher end of my bids knowing the excellent work they did Throughout, Eugene was communicating with me timely How can anyone top this?"

"It started out great, they were timely and professional. And they fixed the holes in the roof. However, they replaced the shingles with a significantly different color shingle. When I advised it was the wrong color, Yani said he would correct the issue. This was on November 3. After 4 texts of him telling us he would be out to replace the shingles, the work has not been completed. It is now December 16. Our last contact was on November 23rd. While we understand the right color match product was not available at the time, we are extremely disappointed the problem has not been resolved."
