"We hired Pyroshield to replace all of our gutters, install screens, and clean & treat our roofs on our house, shed, and detached garage. When they first came out to clean the roof, the painters we hired were also there prepping. This was not as planned but both teams managed to work around each other quite well. The Pyroshield team placed all of the removed gutters & parts along the edge of our yard. Pieces were not scattered about which pleased us. After installation, we found that some of gutter ends were not cleanly installed. I contacted Pyroshield with photos, received a call back that day, and the ends were fixed the next day."

"My issue with Guardian is in regard to their Contract and billing philosophy. During my roof repair project, additional damage was uncovered. The Contract clearly stated that additional services would be completed on a time and materials basis. Guardian provided me with an estimate of $9,500 for the additional repair. After hearing that was only an estimate and that I'd be charged only for the time and materials spent, I authorized the additional work. The time spent on site working on the additional repairs was 19 hours. Upon completion of the work, I received an invoice that was opaque and presented little detail for approximately $9,500. An accompanying email indicated the additional repairs required 38 hours. This was ludicrous as the technicians spent a total of 37 hours on site for both the original contract work and the additional repair work. Guardian was in breach of their own Contract by not adhering to time and materials billing for the additional work. "
