"It went very well. estimator was very thorough explaining everything about the system, its part and options, and the procedure. Installation was very quick and efficient. He did a great job keeping the existing room clean and free from debris. We are very pleased with the photovoltaic night light. Wasn't sure if we would like it but we do. "I called Overall Improvement on New Years Eve to try and deal with a nagging roof leak. Larry was able to come the same day and make a minor repair to hopefully save me money. (I was really glad he didn't automatically suggest a completely new roof like another company I had take a look)
Unfortunately, the next rainfall proved that the substrate would have to be replaced in the affected area. Larry did a great job and even took good quality pictures of the process for my records. The repair looks seamless! I've been dreading the rain for the last couple months due to the leak; now I can't wait to see how it holds up when the rain returns!
