"They were available on a timely basis, showed up on the agreed-upon day/time and did a good job. (It was really old carpet, so they couldn't work miracles, but they did the best job they could with what they had to work with!) Very friendly, professional and safety conscious (work done during the pandemic, so wore masks and gloves). I would use them again!"

"They called and moved my day back a day. I didn't have a choice and it made things hard as we needed to cook for a large party we were having the next day. My daughter had spent the night so we could get the cooking done that day. Should have had her use my wood floor cleaner instead of hers. My laundry room didn't get cleaned at all. Had to pull out my vacuum cleaner and do a large rug that still had dog hair on it. Don't think her vacuum cleaner did a good job on my carpet. I had had foot surgery, so I needed help cleaning for the party. She forgot a mop at her previous house and had to go back to get it. I think she left a window scrapper here."

Very nice and they did a great job.  We are potty training a new puppy and will be using All Pro Carpet Cleaning every 6 weeks or so until she is completely trained.  They took their time and the carpet looks good as new!

"The young man that was here did very well but he didn’t have the machine he needed and he had to work from outside and put it in on the desk and it took about 3 days to dry. They were very nice people. The other man that was working somewhere else had the small machine. So he had this really big one and so had to run across the deck and into the apartment. This young man was very nice. The price was fine. It was just too long to get it to try. The young man who did it was very pleasant and worked very hard. He tried to do it the best way he could."

"It turned out great. The carpet was good. It was just the third bedroom that I wasn't happy with. Overall, it was good for the price. It was okay. They completed the job in less than an hour. My daughter was there. The third bedroom's carpet was wet but the stains are still there. It was not permanent stain but it looked like the bedroom wasn't even touched."
