"Overall the work he did was good. The areas that were lacking was cleaning up after himself. For example, he left the empty caulk canisters in the front yard and the scrapping from the gutter were left on the front walkway. Outside of this the work was done in a timely manner."

"I have dealt with SOS for several years and have always been pleased with their service and feel they are always looking at ways to keep my costs to a minimum while performing quality service. Everything was covered under my contract except a small filter for the humidifier which was less than $10.00."

"This was the 2nd job I had this contractor do for me. Last summer I had them replace an a/c and furnace at my residence. I liked their work and the fact that since they are a small company, their overhead is not as high as the big companies in Omaha. They underbid the competitors by about $1000, which is music to my ears. They showed up on time 2 days before the install to measure for the necessary ductwork modifications and 2 days later, they were also on time and finished the work in a single 'long' day. It took from 8:30 AM until after 6 PM to get everything done. If I ever need more A/C work, I'll be calling them. <br />"

"Project went very smoothly. Jim kept me updated throughout the project with photos of progress. He offered creative suggestions that made the original designs even better. Most importantly, I chose Jim after getting bids from 2 other studios and I am glad I did. He was very professional and responsive throughout the project."

"It went great! We found Fisher Precious Metals on Angie's List, and after googling them, we found they had very positive reviews across the web. Although it was a 45 minute drive from our home, we felt it might be worth it, and it was. We made an appointment with John via email, arrived at 11:00, and spent just over an hour in his office. He evaluated the sterling silver set we had to sell and gave us what we felt was a very fair price. He'd given us an estimate on the value of the gold coins via email, and although the price of gold had fluctuated since he'd provided the quote, the final price was very, very close to the initial quote. We were happy to learn that they will also buy jewelry, as I have a few pieces I haven't worn in a very long time. We were very pleased with the entire experience and will definitely return to their company when we have gold or silver to sell, and we're happy to recommend them to our friends. One thing to keep in mind is that sterling silver sets are basically worth the price of the silver itself. We knew that going in, so we were not disappointed and, in fact, the price we received was a little higher than we'd expected."

"For those who get right to the point: Doug was polite, punctual, priced fairly, works like a dog and got it done, we see no reason to call anyone else in the future. <br /> For the rest of ya: Our furnace was very old and had an issue or two, the A/C unit as well. Our daughter knew of two people who just had furnace replacements via Trademark Htg & Air and were still happy with the results so we called and spoke with Doug. He showed up and discussed his company, why he chose to be a Goodman dealer, etc. We proceeded to make an installation appointment after he shot us pricing on the furnace and A/C units we selected. He showed up a month later on installation day, on time. He got right to work. The furnace was operational later that day and we had heat again that afternoon. (was 22 F for a high temp that day) The A/C unit was placed outside and "roughed in" that 1st day also. The second day he finalized the furnace install and "hooked up/wired up" the A/C, it will be filled with coolant and tested this spring... The area around the furnace is cleaner than when he started, btw. The guy gets it done! He gave us a good run through in care/use of the electronic air cleaner and humidifier. Only one small negative and that would be that he was initially willing to keep a valve I installed a year or two ago on the water supply line to the former humidifier, even tho we both noticed it was now leaking a little. I asked if he'd be able to come back out soon and replace that valve and he stated he'd just "take care of it now" and replaced the entire line, even the corroded valve on the water line that supplied water to the line that the a fore mentioned valve was located on - he replaced the whole line, both valves, all of it, no extra charge. As I see it, the valve thing is kinda like one drop of not-so-good in a lake, if you don't mind off the wall analogies and he went a step further than necessary to make it right. Anyway, as far as Trademark goes, he's a fairly new company and a one man band, and he's no doubt wanting to grow his company and I think he's on the right track, we do recommend him as we'd use him again without hesitation. I'll provide another review on the A/C fill/testing this spring and will mention the furnace & how it's going, in the off chance anyone might be interested..."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair. The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
