Customers say: Terrific value

"Jeremy and Quincy at Longview Renovation were great to work with. Were honest about what actually needed to be done for an issue we were having and did not try to force or pressure me into doing too much. They got the work done quickly and were easy to communicate with throughout the process. I will consider them for future needs as well."

"Their work is fabulous; I like them because they're very in tune with the current trends and styles of housing interiors and exteriors. Their style is very consultative, they give you options and they take your ideas into practical solutions and there is nothing that you can add that you cant get and they're accommodating"

"Bill was on time, cordial and answered all of my questions. He was a good resource for providing feedback and bouncing ideas off of for the project. I have no doubt the work his team would have performed would have been excellent. The estimated cost to complete the project was roughly $30,000 higher than the other 3 contractors that bid the project. Aside from cost, I would have gone with Bolte. Bill is a very nice man."

"Ran into difficulties not caused by the contractor.  This left the project unfinished for sometime and then it was hard to get them back to finish the project.  However, the quality of the finished project was completed as was agreed and specified.

"Jarrett is awesome.. he completed 3 property remodels for me between 2021 and 2022.. this included demo, full electrical and plumbing to code, removing load bearing walls to open up the space, full kitchen and bathroom remodel, tiling, drywall, flooring, painting and finishing.. Best part is I was remote and was able to trust him end to end for all materials and labor. His strengths are timeliness, planning, communication and strong work ethic including in many cases to outsource a job to someone else to save me money."

FAQs for remodel to accommodate a disability projects in Omaha, NE

Standard Medicare coverage often doesn't extend to home modifications, such as roll-in showers. In specific circumstances where medical necessity is clearly established, limited coverage might be available through certain Medicare programs. Many homeowners explore alternative funding sources such as home modification grants, veterans' benefits, or specialized financing programs designed for accessibility improvements. Consulting with a Medicare representative about your specific situation provides the most accurate guidance.

Roll-in showers deliver significant benefits beyond their monetary return, particularly in terms of safety, independence, and long-term accessibility. By eliminating barriers to bathing, these installations help prevent falls while accommodating mobility devices, such as wheelchairs or walkers. Their open design creates a contemporary appearance that appeals to many homebuyers. For households planning to age in place or accommodate family members with mobility challenges, the functional advantages often outweigh pure financial considerations.

A standard roll-in shower installation takes two to four days. Projects requiring extensive renovation or plumbing changes may take longer, potentially extending to several weeks or months. Factors affecting the timeline include existing bathroom configuration, permit processing times, contractor availability, and material delivery schedules. Creating proper drainage slopes often requires additional preparation time compared to traditional shower installations, particularly when modifying existing floor structures.
