"Serge and his crew did a very thorough and professional job in their demolition and removal of my badly-rotted and leaking rubber roof on a back addition of my house. They also fixed a couple of joist/rafters to solidify the roof frame, and then they installed new plywood decking along with an insulated layer prior to finishing with a new rubber surface. All debris was cleaned up from the job, and I'm very happy with the outstanding job they did. The crew arrived on schedule, and did all of their work in a timely and safe manner. I feel it was a very good value for the money, and I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for further future work, thank you. Best Regards, Dave Gaba 432 Saratoga Rd. (Rt. 50) Glenville, NY"

"Dan& sons installed a pitched metal burgundy roof, porch roofs & matching carport, on my 150 year old Fort Plain home. I have also left a previous review of their residential stainless steel siding job. Included is a photo of the original house when we bought it in 2008. Dan & sons Levi, David, & Junior, have not just transformed the house, but saved it. They work with the highest integrity and their work is outstanding. Their prices are affordable and competitive. I can recommend them with no hesitation."

"I bought a run-down multi-family house and hired Renovations Gone Wild. They finished the work early and made the house ready to live in. They also found and fixed other problems, making the house safe and up-to-date. I really suggest using them for any renovation work."

"Everything was done on time and within my budget"

"We hired Joe to repair and replace the roof of our bookstore which we acquired in 2021 (a Victorian era brick and limestone building, 100+ years old). The roof is a 3000 sq ft flat commercial roof with latex waterproofing which has been patched over the years, but it’s likely been more than 30 years since major repairs were done. In the ensuing years, ice and snow have produced damage, and we saw major leaks by the winter of 2023. This damage was primarily in the boards (under the waterproofing) and ceiling rafters. Where possible, Joe made repairs, but where necessary, he replaced all materials. He added new insulation and new latex waterproofing throughout, He jacked portions of the ceiling rafters and repaired or replaced here as well. It was a huge and difficult job. He did excellent work. We are very happy with his work. As far as we’re concerned, he saved our bookstore."

"The people in this company are overall so kind and professional. Any questions I asked (I had a lot) they answered quickly and never made me feel like a burden. I would go back to them with no hesitation. The new roof looks amazing and I couldn’t have been more pleased."
