"The Project was a complete success from start to finish! Elias, the Project Manager was excellent. We had a major problem with a roof that was leaking . We had several contractors come to look at the roof for estimates. Elias spent the most time of any of the contractors viewing and evaluating the roof and siding as well as the inside of the house where the water was leaking into and discussed the project with the President of Beantown. He was excellent at explaining what needed to be done. It was not your average "roof job" as the roof abutted a large chimney and the room under the roof was cold and drafty. He was very patient with me as I had many questions about the project. Janice, the Office Manager, was courteous and always available from start to finish. The roofing team was very professional and did an excellent job. They also added the appropriate insulation, new siding to the house by the roof, gutters and appropriate flashing. The roof not only looks great, but the room beneath the roof is no longer drafty and there are no leaks. His team cleaned up after the project was completed such that you wouldn't even know they were there. Elias was so professional and he even contacted us after the first rainstorm to make sure that everything was fine. The Office Manager, Janice sent the Roof Warranty to me right away. If you are looking for a Company to do a solid, professional, worry free project from start to finish, then go with Beantown Home Improvements. Thank you again for doing such a great job!"

"They did a great job. Arrived when they said they would, did the roof and cleaned it all up. I would highly recommend them."

"On Top Roofing did an excellent job. They arrived on time and cleaned up completely before they left. This was the second job they did for me over several years and their workmanship continues to be excellent."

"My name is Mike s., I called vaz construction for a roof repair on my home in fallriver. Within 24 hrs they had the roof repaired. They are very professional, reasonable and so easy to do business with. I am happy I called them. Thank you to the two roofing specialists that did excellent work. Thank, Mike."

"Had popcorn ceiling applied to my ceiling for the acoustic advantage. As a speech therapist this ia greatly needed. The previously coat I had was falling apart. I contracted the Overstate's team to have the job done and was not disappointed. They ware respectful of my home, cleaned up after the job and worked quickly. Thank for such a thourough job especially during that ghorrid heat wave we had. I will definitely be using you for my upcoming projects."

"I cannot say enough good things about Dennis, Jason and their crew. They are careful, professional, and a real pleasure to work with. Their estimate was fair and reasonable and they did an outstanding job putting together my new kitchen. They attended to every detail and made sure everything was done perfectly. They started and finished on time and took less time to complete the project than I anticipated. In addition to remodeling, they do a variety of other contracting projects, including roofing, siding and house painting (my sister hired them to paint her enormous house in Warwick Neck, and the result was outstanding.) I would hire them in a heartbeat to do any other work I needed, and feel fortunate to have found them for my beautiful new kitchen."

"Mac is extremely fast and professional. He provided detailed information about roofing & gutter choices which helped us make an informed decision. Respectful of our home and provided constant clean up through out entire job and personally came back upon completion to do a final sweep for any nails or debris. Would absolutely recommended Mac for any roofing or gutter needs. Top quality job!!"

"We had fantastic experience getting our roof replaced. Dan helped us out with a great presentation, and everything that was promised was delivered. The crew represented the company well with the install. We would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a roof."

"The service and professionalism of Atlas Roofing was exceptional. Paul provided a date for our new roof install, and the roof was installed that week as per plan. The cleanup was perfect, and care was taken not to damage shrubs. What singles out Paul's service is his follow through after the installation. We had replaced the roof due to multiple leaks, but one leak continued to be an issue even with the new roof. Paul came out twice and helped us find the source of the leak which was related to the siding, not the roof. This involved climbing around on our roof with a garden hose and other creative ways to find the gap. We highly recommend him - you can be confident that he will stand behind his work 100%."

Mike Foote impressed me immediately with his promptness - he always arrived at the time he said he would, which to me indicates a level of professionalism, trustworthiness, and respect for my time that I appreciate.

He also had an understanding and appreciation for older homes and construction methods which I felt would be an asset, as my home was built in the early 1900s and was in need of significant structural repair.  I wanted someone who would be able to handle the unforeseen complications that inevitably arise when major repairs must be done on an older home, and someone who would also seek to respect and retain its personality (quirks and all.)

I bid the project out to several contractors using the same project scope and description.  Mike's estimate was at the lower end of the range and of all the contractors, he took the most time to explain the breakdown of costs.  Furthermore, prior to my awarding the project contract to him, Mike went out of the way to do significant legwork and fact finding related to permitting and local regulations.  He had no obligation to do this, but the effort was greatly appreciated and certainly helped sway my decision in his favor.

It became known to us that we would need to hire a structural engineer to remain in compliance with local inspections and regulations.  Mike did a great job as an intermediate contact for the engineer, and also attempted to keep the project cost and scope expansion under control.

Throughout the project the job site was kept as clean and orderly as could be reasonably expected, which was no small feat given the scope of the work and the confined spaces they were operating in.

Whenever there was an unexpected complication that required additional work or expense, Mike would take the time to lay out the various options (and the pros and cons of each) for how to proceed.  Throughout the entire project, I found his communication skills to be exemplary.  This was very helpful logistically, since I was often away at work while the project was in flight.  It also established and maintained a sense of trust between us.  Mike would keep me posted with regular status updates, would meet with me regularly to discuss the progress and various issues that he thought should be brought to attention, and was always very responsive to questions I had.  He was very easy to get a hold of, which I appreciated tremendously.

And of course, I am extremely happy with how everything wrapped up.  There was one significant increase in project scope and cost related to the stone footing at grade - something that Mike had warned would throw an element of uncertainty into his estimate - but this was handled very fairly and expertly.  the work looks great, and my neighbors have all commented on the professionalism of his crew and the impressive final outcome.

I would not hesitate to hire him again for any project in my home - whether it be small or large - and would not hesitate to refer him to friends or family.
