We made an inquiry with Eagle to have our AC ducts cleaned; but their careful inspection and willingness to show us that with more effort, we could rid our home of rodents, pests, molds and mildew in attic affecting our home’s ventilation system. Eagle removed and replaced insulation with insulation treated with boric acid to deter pests. AC ducts were replaced, and vents were cleaned. They sealed off gaps between the attic and outside. The Eagle crew was professional and courteous. The foreman was onsite at all times making sure that we were satisfied with each stage of the job. It’s been 1 week and everyone at home reports having clearer eyes, less sneezing and coughing. We highly recommend Eagle."

"Awesome! Showed up on time, professional service from the time they entered my home until they were done. They cleaned up after they were done and I had nothing to do but get on computer and set up my account. Personnel even sent me a YouTube video that shows how to program my thermostat. In the past my unit of ONLY 6 years had to be set during day to 75 and that side of house stayed warmer than I liked. BUT this new unit, we set it on 79 during day and it's very very comfortable and certain times as little chilly. More times went from 72 to 77-78 and rooms are just perfect. The owner (who usually goes on all jobs, but was unavailable when my services were performed) contacted me to get details. He refunded the $50 I was charged for removing the logs, and ensured the chimney had been cleaned. He said he would remind his assistants to mention any charge upfront. He asked if I experienced any uncomfortableness with the workers, based on my lower grade for professionalism. I said no, my irritation at the charge for removing the logs colored my rating for the overall, price, quality and professionalism ratings. "They first installed a thermostat that my nephew gave me, but it was much to difficult to use and program. The gentleman that installed the thermostat asked me if I wanted to learn how to use the thermostat and I told him that it was not going to be something I could do. He sold me another thermostat that was much easier to use and easier to see. They did not charge me for the time that it took them to install the first unit. I am very happy with the new thermostat and it works great."
