"While my father was in the hospital, Joe and her team came to assess the situation. My father was a smoker and on the hoarder scale. Joe and her team came up with a plan to paint, clean, steam clean the carpets, and then re-clean the place. Before they could start, my sister and I spent two weeks tossing and de-cluttering. Joe made recommendations on items to toss and replace such as pillows, shower curtains, etc. It took her team almost 2 weeks to do their job. They were honest and extremely trustworthy. It was not an easy task based on the years of neglect. I would recommend Joe to anyone in a heartbeat."

It was a huge, complex, messy, gross cleaning job with cleaning, organizing and dumping involved and every step of the way Jonida from Star Cleaners LLC communicated with me what I needed done so there were no issues. I almost had to reschedule last minute and she was so sweet about rescheduling if needed, but luckily I didn’t have to cancel. She is so unbelievably understanding, accommodating, empathetic, patient, sweet, thorough and has extremely fair pricing. She asked about every little detail so I’d be happy with the results and I can’t say enough good things about this angel. She and her husband finished a huge 4 hour job within less than 2 hours.
