This did not work so I called them again and asked them to come back to fix the leak I’ve been waiting for a couple weeks. They promised to come this week, but I have not heard from them. I realize they are busy, but I’m tired of having stuff wet on my back porch and that’s why I had this Done. It would be nice if they could give me a date and time when they could be here as I am leaving to go out of town on the 15th of this month."

They just did a bang-up job when they went into the little room that's in my garage which has my air handler and stuff. They did a great job and I can't say enough nice things about them. It didn't cost me anything because I got it through an elderly situation. They were so fantastic. I went back to them to get the filters and the filters are really expensive like $100 a piece. They were able to give me a sample from a distributor which was lovely. So, I didn't have to pay for the new filter. I would have to do that in the spring again. If they charge me, I will happily pay it because they have more than earned their money as far as I am concerned. So, they deserve to get a mark-up on things that they provide great service on. They were competitive with all the other air conditioner guys in Gainesville and they had the best price. My electrical bill is half of what it was. I would use their services in the future too. I do use them for maintenance and parts as well."
