"We were experiencing some nagging health problems (coughing, etc.) and suspected it may be a result of mold in our duct work. I scheduled an appt. with the Duct Doctor and after having to do a reschedule the team arrived exactly at the time designated, assessed our situation and confirmed there was mold in the duct work. They said they could clean it out and recommended we also sanitize the ducts upon completion of the cleaning. All of the men were extremely courteous and respectful of our home and my husband and I. We work from home and the team was very quiet and thorough. They covered any furniture that might be affected by falling debris from the vents. <br /> After finishing the cleaning and sanitizing, they vacuumed and cleaned up all the mess that had dropped from the vents. All in all we are very pleased with the results. Immediately the air in the house felt cleaner. I originally had them come over to do a general clean of my HVAC system and dryer vents, but it expanded to a mold clean and removal of some duct board inside the unit and they took care of it quickly and had my house under negative air pressure to prevent spores from getting out of control and landing on everything. My wife and I and our newborn really do appreciate the attention to detail and the fact they caught the mold that had inundated our system and they provided pictures and and easy to monitor system to see their work progress. When he ran a camera into the line, he found that the line between my house and the street was not aligned and causing back-ups. He set up a time to come back the following week to dig up and re-set my line. I was dreading this project, fearing it would ruin my yard, but David did his best to dig up only what was necessary and had everything in great working order by lunchtime. The results took about a week and a half. The results even identified the species bacteria and yeasts and included information on each."

"Ms Banks arrived and when staright to work asking questions as she went along. Started on the top of cabinets and ceiling fans and worked her way down. When she got to the bedrooms she stripped the sheets, put then in the washer and proceed to fininsh the bed room cleaning, when the sheets were done drying she folded them and put them in the linen closet. She then finshed all the laundry that we in the dirty cloes hamper while working on other rooms. She spent a total of 10 hours barley taking a break. Due to health issues for both my wife and I the house needed an exceptionlly deep cleaning and was unable to finshe the rather large house (3650 sq ft) in one day. Will have her retunr to put in another day then plan on having every other week. <br /> PS was so pleased I gave her a tip and arranged for her to do my daughters house. <br />"

"Doodlebuggers were professional from the very first inquiry. Nathan perfromed the inspection and went above and beyond what I thought the inspection would entail. We had some recently discovered wood damage revealed during a routine chimney inspection. Nathan explained everything he would be checking for before he checked, and invited me to walk through the home with him as he read out the water meter and what the averages should be and what our readings were. Mold was confirmed in more places than I expected such as the duct work, air handler closet, bathroom (beneath vanity) and in the attic. Air testing was conducted and the report was returned within 48 hours. The report was easy to read and Jonathon from Doodlebuggers even took the time to read out the report to me. A plan for remediation was sent the next day with a detailed estimate. Their honesty of approaching the work by clearly stating that the remediation would not be as effective as it would if the source of the water and moisture were completed allowed me to proceed with my insurance company and not complete redundant services. We will be contacting them again as soon as the source of the problems are restored. <br />"
