"Firstly I'd like to start by saying that I have been a Roofing Contractor for the past decade. That being said, with it being such a new product and I myself, not being educated on it. I can't say that I wasn't sceptical. Kenny invited me to come along with him on a job to see the product applied. So I did! I am completely sold on the roof maxx product. It truly is amazing. "3/17/2020-After roof was completed, porch lights were tripping the electrical breaker. Asked Adam Pollock (sales rep) to identify/correct problem caused by roofers. Adam asked my hired contractor, Addam White of Common Sense Construction to troubleshoot the problem before replacing the wood porch ceiling. Common Sense Construction was not licensed to repair electricity and was unable to identify or correct the problem. 4/22/2020-Phone calls and text messages to Adam Pollock did not resolve the issue. Adam Pollock said he was having issues with a "pinched nerve". 4/27/2020-Having waited over a month, I hired a licensed/bonded electrical company to fix the problem for $125/hour. Adam Pollock also found minor issues on another portion of the roof (documented on a youtube video) and said he would take care of them because correction would only take 15 minutes. Adam Pollock said he was waiting for an MRI. POINTS BEING: 1) DON'T PROMISE WHAT YOU DON'T DELIVER. 2) IF YOU CAN'T COMPLETE THE WORK, YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IS TO SEND SOMEONE ON YOUR BEHALF WHO CAN. 3) CUSTOMERS HIRE COMPANIES TO SOLVE THEIR PROBLEMS (roof leak), NOT TO HEAR YOURS (medical issues). 4) CUSTOMERS PAY THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS TO FIX THE PROBLEM AND DON'T EXPECT YOU TO CAUSE THE NEXT ONE (electrical)."
