"FHIA replaced 17 windows and my front door with a side light. I rate them #3, because for the most part the project is getting done; however, the project started in April of 2025...due to factory corrections that were required. We're still waiting on them to finish and have the inspection done. I've already started making payments on this project with the hope they'll finish soon. There were hiccups with installation from the startup and ongoing with the various teams that would show up either with the wrong equipment or lacking what was needed to complete the job. Continue to find screws in my driveway after every visit. On the last visit my camera caught the team dumping their uneaten lunch scraps on my front lawn. If they would have asked there's a compost bin in the back they could have used for that. Because of these hiccups and various others incidents that occurred in addition to the length of time this project is taking to complete I rate them #3. I'll upload photos later."

"G," as we came to call him, was up front about what needed to be done and the cost for the work. He set up a painting team who really knew their business. They had a lot to do to correct the previous paint job, and they did it without complaint! They were timely, polite, professional, and they completed a difficult job in the allotted time assigned. The team was timely, efficient and highly respectful. They caught everything that needed correcting, even things we did not see, rather than overlooking them. They could have bypassed thin and we would not have been all the wiser. His head man, Joseph, said, "We don't work like that. We do the job right so you won't have to do it later." "G" checked in with his team everyday to ensure they were on track and had everything the needed. We cannot enough about this team. They were awesome!"
