We live a little closer in Alachua County than Archer but to the north. We also were told "No." We are in the midst of doing a number of upgrades to our home, and no other Gainesville vendor so far has such a policy - HVAC firms, plumbers, painters, etc. It just seems worth mentioning to potential customers who live further out in the county not to bother contacting this firm.
