"FANTASTIC! PHENOMENAL! AWESOME! Dave arrived earlier than the scheduled appointment and, because we have a weird sense of humor, we told him to wait outside until the appointed time but, of course we let him in and he laughed. He has a great sense of humor, courteous, friendly and very thorough. He placed doorway protectors so his hoses wouldn't scratch the molding. It's been 3 years since we had our rugs cleaned (not by Dave) and when Dave finished (even though the rugs are still damp), the area and runner rugs we purchased 10 years ago look like they are brand new. The bedroom rugs (which were there when we purchased the home) also look so good, we don't want to walk on them! We HIGHLY RECOMMEND OVER THE TOP CLEANING! We DEFINITELY will hire again!"

"This is a husband and wife team. Both are very professional and friendly. They arrived within the time frame we agreed upon. The purpose was to remove dust and lint from within the dryer vent. Several pieces of equipment are used during the process. There was a blockage in the line so Osvaldo went on the roof to the vent and removed it. We were shown what was removed from the vent and shaft. When they were finished they cleaned up the mess and put everything back in its place. <br />"

"They were professional, cleaned up after each duct and even helped replace light bulbs in myceiling fan which is over ten ft high, since they were up there already! The special was for 7 ducts cleaned and sanitized, $35 for any additional ducts. I will definitely recommend & use them again!!!! Thanks Justin & Jeren- great job."

"A/C went out Sunday night. Called first thing Monday and had a service man, Frank, arrive that afternoon. A/C was still under parts warranty but not labor. Frank diagnosed and replaced the part in about 30 minutes. Once replaced, Frank stood by to check on the A/C function. A/C hadn't been properly serviced in a long time. Frank signed me up for a service call for later in the week. Frank was friendly and professional. No high pressure sales tactics. Paid about $142 for call out and pre-paid $193 for the unit service call. A/C Service Man, Trae-von, arrived on time as scheduled. He called ahead when he was about 15 minutes out which was nice, so i could get my dogs secured. He explained what he was going to do and worked for about an hour checking and cleaning out my compressor and air handler. Very professional and polite."

"A/C issue, followed by a Heat issue. In the spring, I had a A/C issue and called multiple A/C repair companies. Sun Kool, was the only one, that would come on the same day. Then came our first big chill. Again, another failure. I called Sun Kool and they came out same day. A blown fuse in the heat exchanger. Replaced, system checked out, back in business. Then the fuse blew again. After inspection it was found that a ground wire failed. Sun Kool's staff checked everything for a lengthy amount of time and took care of the issue at no extra charge. Would I recommend Sun-Kool. Yes, 100%, The technicians worked feverously to resolve the issues (caused by another companies improper install). Well doing the work, they kept us fully informed. The men arrived right on time were dressed well and very friendly. They took the time to explain what they were going to do and the equipment they were using.
