David Shelly guided us through a transformation from our rudimentary sketch of design ideas and ended with a lush, vibrant, welcoming outdoor space. We appreciated David's collaborative approach to tackling what could have been an overwhelming project for us: removing existing vegetation and hardscape; installing irrigation and drainage, driveway and courtyard pavers; constructing terraced cultured stone retaining walls and a stone staircase; amending and tilling soil; and planting low water native plants. David managed the project in stages, allowing us the flexibility to make decisions about design, materials, and vegetation as the landscaping evolved.
