"Simons Construction Inc were excellent. They came right out with an estimate. When we told them what our time constraints were because we had to really close time constraints, they came and they did the job professionally, efficiently, cleanly. They brought everything that was trash with them. They tacked up all the paint and they made it look excellent. The ramp was not on their proposal and I said "I need this" and he said "we'll figure it out when we get there." They did that for me and did not add that as a charge. I also had a broken post at the entrance to my home and they repaired that, painted it all up and didn't charge me for that either They went above and beyond. They were polite and they worked well with you. They were very considerate when they were here. They were just good guys all around. The price is a little bit on the high side but it was worth it."

"I got a recommendation from a neighbor who had her similar enclosed patio repaved with concrete. I liked what I saw in her patio. I called Dan Beach and he came over to assess the job. He told me the cost would be about $500. I agreed to the job and told him that there was no rush and so to feel free to squeeze this small job at his convenience. Almost a month later he sent in someone to do the job which he completed in one morning without so much as disturbing one leaf of my adjacent garden. The guy was a real pro. I told Dan that I wanted to install concrete pavers so he kindly gave me some useful pointers. The bad news was that he squeezed me for $750. <br /> My overall impression is that Dan Beach does quality work in a professional mannor. However, don't be foolish like I was and get your estimate in writing. <br />"
