"Po was excellent in all respects. On his first visit to make an estimate, he spent nearly half an hour with me taking me around each tree and showing me weak spots, things to watch for, areas of concern, etc. He never seemed rushed or flippant and understood that we wanted to balance good care of the trees with minimal intervention. Highly recommend."

"In October of 2014, I called Brad Kirch to get a quote for landscaping our soggy yard to improve drainage. Brad explained how to build a slope, and thoroughly explained all of the details, at my request. We would have happily hired Brad at that time, but Brad was booked. Brad encouraged our family to tackle this job our self because it was straightforward. And he was right. We did the work ourselves. It was inexpensive and uncomplicated. Brad was great at both listening and advising. I'd hire him for any professional landscaping we might want done in the future."

"I have been pleased with the work I have had done by Landscape Designs, Inc. They work very hard, they clean up completely. Steve is very involved with the crew, everyone is pleasant and considerate, and Steve checks in often. I have not hesitated to check with Steve when I had questions after the work was done. His knowledge of plants is vast, and his willingness to listen and consult is excellent. Their greenhouse is a beautiful visit. They are not a and quot;garden centerand quot; with lots of and quot;productsand quot;, but the trees, shrubs and perennials are amazing, and in a beautiful setting. Worth a visit.

Steve also listens to what you want to do, how much money you can spend, and how much maintenance you want to do in the care of the landscape.

I have enjoyed working with Landscape Designs Inc. Steve Lesch, and his crew."

"Terry also does topsoil and firewood, but I have not ordered those from him. My review is for mulch. You can order and pay online--which is a big plus over having to call, or write a check, or get cash, etc. Terry was very responsive to a voicemail I left asking about delivery schedules. He came the same day I ordered, even though he didn't have to as far as I was concerned. He had the load divided into two parts in case I wanted some dumped here, some there. He put it right in the driveway where I wanted the whole pile. I happened to be home at the time, and the driver--I assume it was Terry himself--was very nice, down to earth, and, again, asked before he dumped, to make sure he was putting it where I wanted it.
I had called around to about 6 other local mulch delivery businesses, and Terry's price per yard and delivery fee was pretty much the best deal in town. I chose the once-shredded mulch. He also offers twice-shredded, which would probably be a finer-textured mulch. Once-shredded is pretty coarse, and has some twigs and bark in it, but Terry is up front about that; that he is selling a very 'green', natural product--no chemicals, no dyes, local trees. This is shredded-up wood. It's not cedar nor cypress, so it won't last forever, but it's great mulch if you want a natural look to your landscaping, rather than garish, unnatural colors. And, the eco-friendliness of using local trees counts for something.
"
