"Chris did a great job removing black and green mold from the concrete around my porch. He also did a great job cleaning the siding around my porch and patio. And I was amazed with how he cleaned the white trim on my enclosed patio; I thought I was going to have to have it repainted but it looks almost new after the cleaning. I would have given a 5 star rating except that Chris missed the initial estimating appointment and left a small lake of water on my enclosed patio. In the future, maybe Chris should have a ShopVac with him to clean up excess water. I would highly recommend Chris and hire him again."

Plus, Cardinal's occasional service specials and coupons make using them cost-efficient. My only suggestion is that a service window (say, two or four hours) is provided for scheduled non-emergency appointments, so that I'm able to make other appointments for the day."
