They originally scheduled me for an appointment 5 days out, but Nicole watched appointments carefully and moved my appointment to the same day I called. Jon Marc, the plumber, was very knowledgeable and professional. He gave me different options, which allowed me to decide what worked best for me. He even gave me a teacher discount. After installing my water heater at 8:00 p.m. at night, he discovered a manufacturing problem with the water heater. He called another plumber, Peter. Peter was going off shift and was at the office, but got another water heater and brought it to my house so Jon Marc could install it! I think other plumbers would have said that they needed to come back the next day, but Jon Marc stayed until 10:00 p.m. installing the water heater. "I love this company - and Nick is my hero! The shower arm in my master bath broke off inside the bronze cap, leaving most of the threads inside. In an effort to save money, I tried for three days to repair it myself, with no luck. YouTube videos had lots of advice, none of which worked for me. So, before I completely destroyed everything, I decided I'd better call a professional. I've used Pacific Crest Plumbing in the past, and have always been happy with their work and their customer service, so I contacted them through Angie's List. I didn't call because it was after hours. To my surprise, Nick emailed me back that same night, gave me a ballpark figure for repair, and I told him I'd call the next day to set an appointment. Nick was here the following morning, as promised. I explained what I'd tried, and he set right to work with the repair. He was able to get to the problem (most of which I had created with my failed attempts!) by taking out only a small amount of drywall. Within 90 minutes, he was finished and on his way. Before he left, he had not only made the repair, but had reinstalled my shower head and cleaned up the work area. I really just can't say enough nice things about this company! When I'm ready for some bathroom remodeling, PCP will definitely have my business."
