Tyler promptly came out to assess the damage and even though they have lots of work scheduled, Tyler and his crew were willing to fit my repair job in on a day after completing a larger job. I'm sure the crew was tired and hot that late afternoon but, everyone was friendly and polite. They worked hard and did a beautiful repair that blended in perfectly. "On September 03, 2011, I woke up, only to discover a flooded kitchen, from a leaking faucet under my sink. Out of hysteria, and quick thinking, I picked up the phone, and proceeded to call Forever Wood Construction Emergency Hotline. (916) 676-6610.  Within two rings, I was already speaking to a live representative. I gave them my address, and a quick overview of the scenario, and they were already on their way!!  The representative, also walked me through the procedure of turning my water off, through the phone.  About ten minutes later, Forever Wood Construction was already at my door step, with all the necessary tools on hand.  I am amazed to see such prompted service.  I proceeded to show them the water damage, and they thoroughly explained everything they were going to do, to prevent further damage, in an fashionably organized manner.  Within a half hour, I had my kitchen stripped down, and airing out  with their Huge Fans, and Dehumidifiers.  Forever Wood Construction Company, helped me to get all the necessary information for my Insurance company.  After the drying process, Clayton Witherow, Owner, presented a game plan, to ensure this would never happen again, and tips on different materials, they can use to increase the value of my home.  I went with the Travertine Stone Tiles, in which i love.  Forever Wood Construction had the kitchen done, with absolute quality results, in one day!!  I have never experienced a company with such great customer service, sense of urgency, and top quality results, as exceptional as I've experienced with Forever Wood Construction.  I will use them for any future construction job, whether it be an emergency job again, or not.  I will also refer Forever Wood Construction to all my family members, and friends.  I want to thank Forever Wood Construction, for making me feel comfortable in the situation at hand, and increasing the value of my home!!

"Rough & Ready contractors installed 1000 feet of 5 foot hich no climb fence around home with a seperate area to contain my goats. They will be coming back in May 2025 to install an additional 700 feet to expand the goat romaning area. Excellent work."

"We had been trying to install a patio in our backyard for several months to replace a damaged wooden deck that a previous owner had built (and bulit very poorly at that). With our own labor, we had demolished the deck, attempted to shore up the wooden patio cover, and excavated a pit for a paving stone patio... and then we ran out of gas. After calling several contractors, we finally chose John Irwin and Royal Garden Landscaping, as he indicated that he could do all the work that we wanted, which included re-using pavers that had been installed elsewhere in our yard for the new patio and doing some work on the patio cover to anchor it more securely.
The weekend before the work started was the tail end of the big storm system that swept through Northern California in early December, so the entire backyard was flooded, including the pit that we had dug for the foundation of the patio. John came over on a Saturday afternoon with a sump pump that he loaned us to drain the yard, and the work started the following Monday.
The entire week was on and off rain, but the Royal Garden Landscaping crew worked tirelessly over several days to complete the job. The mason did a great job, and the prep crew worked their butts off to get everything ready for the installation. When it came time to work on the patio cover, there were some significant difficulties for the crew, as the existing structure, like the deck that it once covered, was not especially well-built, but they literally worked into DARKNESS (remember this was early December) to get the work done. The entire job took four days total (an additional day was lost due to rain) and finished by Friday evening. John returned with the mason and the carpenter once the work was completed to do some follow up work, and he also made sure that the clean up was done properly. We are very happy with our new patio and appreciate all the work that John Irwin and Royal Garden Landscaping did to get it done in a timely and professional manner.

"Originally, I called to get a new attic ladder installed, some plywood placed over the 2 x 4's on the attice floor, and asked for a new opening in my ceiling. Placing the plywood floor was particularly complicated because there are water lines, electrical lines, and air ducts that ran along the attic floor or close to the floor. Also, we have trusses in the attic that make moving around difficult. Ron gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. As the work progressed, however, I realized that I had no way to turn on the attic light from the new opening and the lighting where the new attic floor was laid was rather poor in places. So I asked Ron to install additional lighting and a two-way light switch. While he was here, I also asked him to look at a GFI plug that kept tripping and to move a light fixture since the new attic opening would be placed where we had a ceiling light. He also had to build a new door for the attic and frame and paint it since the attic ladder I purchased did not come with a door. Ron moved the light at no charge to us because he felt it was very simple and would not take a lot of time. However, we expanded our request for flooring (to cover more attic area than originally thought) and with the additional electrical work, he brought in one of his electricians to ensure the work was performed properly. All went very well and he was quite accommodating as our request for his services continually expanded beyond the original scope. We worked together on pricing to ensure all was fair."
