While he was here, I requested other services: replace plank siding and siding frame, and toilet leak repair. Later that afternoon, Oscar sent me a detailed professional service agreement quotation. The quote was very reasonable, particularly for two sections of the siding replacement that required work to be performed on my roof. These projects were completed within 2 days (about 12 hours of work total) and Oscar did a fantastic job. "Sione and all of his crew were extremely professional and performed superior work. They removed a very badly heaving, sinking, cracking and spalling driveway and walkway. Many neighbors have commented on how nice the driveway looks. Sione also investigated and identified a problem with a footer that was sinking that supported the roof over a patio. Sione devised a plan and installed a new footer, filled voids under the concrete patio, and replaced two basement stairs and a sinking drain pad. If you want quality work that is performed to the HIGHEST STANDARD then hire Sione and Jay Concrete. Sione always keep us informed when work would be completed and if there were or might be delays"
