"Very professional company that kept in communication with me through out the process. I am extremely happy with the door and installation."

Hello! I'm you professional Door and Window Installer.

"Other than the wait for a custom made window and sliding door I love the product so far. The crew that done the install were polite and considerate of personnel space. They called before arriving and installed a large picture window slider and a new sliding glass door. John, Zeke and Phillip were great. Thank you all."

"I am totally happy with the installation of my slider door. The tech (Tommy) was very thorough and took his time to get it right. I highly recommend Barrier windows."

"Service was excellent and they installed it very quickly!"

"MIKE WAS EXTREMELY CAREFUL IN DETERMINING WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. THE OLD WINDOWS HAD ROTTED DUE TO IMPROPER INSTALLATION BY ANOTHER CONTRACTOR. HE SPENT TIME ASSESSING THE PROBLEM AND WAS CAREFUL TO SHOW ME WHAT HAD GONE WRONG. HE COMMUNICATED CLEARLY AND OFTEN THROUGHOUT THE PROCESS. I WAS VERY HAPPY WITH HIS EFFORTS AND WILL CERTAINLY CALL HIM AGAIN. I HAVE SUBSEQUENTLY CONTRACTED WITH THE SUB, WHO DID THE ACTUAL WINDOW INSTALLATION, TO REPLACE MY ROOF."

"Our home was built in 1992 and had the original front and service door and patio door. We had steel and definitely didn't want another steel. They have an Amish door line that we really liked. It's fiberglass but the look is like real wood. It's very nice, operates perfect. The lock is very unique. I like the look. We choose a fiberglass door painted for the service door. Mark recommended a door that swings out (so it can't be kicked in) which was a design change. We thought that was a good idea so we took his recommendation. The patio door we had was a 15 year old Pella that didn't work even when it was new. Our new sliding door has blinds between the glass. It's super smooth and locks in three places. Our home has the original wood windows. All 18 windows are double hungs, some were very large. We considered vinyl, but our wood is stained inside and the fake wood and the vinyl didn't look right. Our original windows were Andersen and we thought we would do those again, but we ended up doing Legacy's Amish wood line. It ended up being less than Andersen, with a better warranty and the wood is oak on the inside. My husband loved that. Furniture grade Amish finish. Just fantastic look. We couldn't do all the windows at once and Mark gave us a written guarantee to do the rest at the same price we bought the first 12! Great company to work with. James and his helper put everything in and did a great job. With the wood windows that was some trim work and it took a few days. They worked everyday until it was done. They put tarps down inside and outside and cleaned everything up very nicely. They even vacuumed around the doors inside! Legacy is honest and do what they say they are going to do. I will use them again and recommend them anyone who needs new windows or doors."

"Jason and his team of installers were absolutely awesome to work with! They were very thorough and took time to explain my options! Will absolutely use them again!!!"

"Our front door had been damaged by an attempted break-in for years and was getting progressively worse. We were pretty much unable to open it some days last winter. The salesperson that came out was friendly and well-informed. He went through all of our options and we decided on both a new front door and a new sliding glass door to the patio. The front door had many options that we went through which included the style of the door, the inside and outside colors and the style of the windows on either side of the door. He provided us with a quote which we accepted and he gave us what turned out to be a very accurate timeframe of when the doors would be installed. As we waited for the doors to be installed, Bee Window kept us apprised of where we were in the process and we worked out a couple areas in which there were questions. Installation day was scheduled and the installers arrived on time. It took a few hours for both doors to be installed. Before leaving, the installer guided me through opening and locking both doors and answered any questions that I had. They did a great job cleaning up the mess, both inside and outside of the house. The only negative I had with the entire process is that I felt that the price was a bit high. But after having the doors, and especially the new front door, I am more satisfied with this purchase than any other home improvement purchase I have made over the past 20+ years. The door is fantastic -- it closes properly and keeps the sound out and has zero gaps and looks absolutely beautiful."

"Gary impressed me very much; he let me know how he was going to treat my home before trying to sell me windows. The windows were not only what we needed, but he also explained that the installers are also important. Gary has two men who are superb installers, Mike and Brian. The installers were doing a great job and if there was a problem, I did not hear about it because they were very professional. The windows went in, caulked, and neatly finished. We bought energy efficient, triple pane windows. Our new front door looks fantastic. A month later, we called Gary and had the last two doors replaced, garage and back entry door. We wanted everything as energy efficient as the other products in our home. They have matched the vinyl around the windows and it looks better than before. People on the street do not even know we had installed new windows; they look great! We never have to paint anymore outside. Everyone loves our new front door. Timeliness, they were always at my home early. Superb workmanship and a great company to work with. I feel like I really picked a superb company!"
