"Initially they did a wonderful job but over time their work began to diminish. Things that were cleaned in the beginning were no longer being cleaned as time went on. Sometimes they would arrive within the window of time discussed or comes an hour late without communicating and other times they would contact me the day of to cancel. The work they did, when consistent, was good & I would have loved to keep working with them but the inconsistency just doesn?t work for my schedule. Lastly, it became a hassle & a little inconsiderate to cancel without calling or arrive hours later without so much of an apology especially on days I may have had an event or special occasion planned."
