It was an intense project with a lot of little details and types of drywall work that included ceiling work, boxing in areas that needed to be boxed in, texturing, and rebuilding a bookcase that needed to be re done. They not only knocked out what we asked for but identified other old drywall that needed to be worked on and knocked that out as well. They owned the whole project. She was very quick to send me a quote and explained what her company can do for me. On the first day of my house being cleaned A crew of four women as well As Silvia showed up. "I was looking for a provider that was easier to schedule, would be prompt, and would communicate well. I had another cleaning service that I was frustrated with for those reasons. They only schedule segments of a day, which is difficult for me given my schedule and the fact that my place is so small that I can't be home when they come. There isn't a way to leave a key, so scheduling & coordination wasn't easy for my needs.
They arrived promptly, but could not do everything I requested in the time allotted. My old service cleaned much more than they did in the time allotted.
Also, while there were a couple of people who came, it seemed like one person was acting as a supervisor, and wasn't doing much cleaning. After a couple of weeks, that same person had the nerve to send me a letter drumming up business for her own cleaning service. This is why I graded Professionalism as a "D". So Brenda's staff was completely professional to deal with over the phone, but clearly some of the people they hire aren't meeting their standards.
I decided to go back to my old cleaning service because they would do everything I needed in a single visit, and just work through the other issues like scheduling, etc.

"Jenny is very professional and responsive. We had a bi-weekly cleaner before her that did not clean sufficiently and Jenny pointed out all the areas that were dirty (fans, base boards, top of refrigerator/microwave, oven and stove). They went over the floors three times and it was squeeky clean. I really liked that they took of their shoes when cleaning the house and floors so as not to leave any marks. The house smelled great and we could really tell the difference in cleanliness when they were finished. It was Jenny and two other ladies. They also cleaned the windows very well, both inside and out (outside only the windows on the bottom floor). Her price is good as well. The only minor drawback is we have to supply the cleaning products but they didn't see to overuse what we had. I've set her up for recurring bi-weekly cleanings and am hopeful she will be our go-to cleaner from now on."
