"Our deck is in severe shape. Cody is assured us we will get work done before winter so far we?ve paid >1/3 into the project &when we wanted to cancel, his boss said we would forfeit 33%. We had an issue in one area he inspected another area recently done by another roofer and Frank showed me the flaw and said he’d take care of it. He kept me updated on everything they were doing, FaceTime me and recorded everything as well so I would be able to keep the other owners informed of the roof repair. I manage as well as own a unit in this building and I have to say I’ve worked with a lot of different contractors and some gave us great service but Frank and his team gave outstanding, quality service and his prices are fair and better than most contractors I received quotes from."
