I got an immediate response which was good, requesting more details and, if possible photos of the requested work. I responded, providing details and photos ask requested. I never heard back. I sent a follow up again requesting a quote. I got nothing. Ghosting potential customers is not a good business practice. I do have some future projects in mind but Gallardo's won't even be considered. No way to run a business. You can bet I will chat with friends and family and advise them not to consider Gallardo's even if recommended by Angi."

"1. They broke the water main in two places, covered it up by continuing the landscaping, lied about breaking it, and offered to re-landscape again later for more money. 2. I told them I wanted ground cover around established trees and on the side of the house. Instead they planted grass there. They then planted the ground cover without first killing the new grass. It looks terrible because of all the grass growing around and rising above the new ground cover. 3. There are many, many large bare spots where grass should be growing. I told them about that but instead of seeding or reseeding the bare spots, they covered it up with the fiber blanket that concealed the fact grass seed wasn't planted until after I paid them. 4. They fixed my brick sidewalk but forgot they were to treat it. When I reminded them to do it, they didn't sweep off the dirt and just covered the dirt. 5. Tore pond liner, covered it up, and didn't reattach to new bricks despite many promises."
