They suggested building wooden steps instead of tearing out bricks as it would be much cheaper. We scheduled a date to do the work and they arrived on time and went right to work. They checked with me as to the width of the steps and I decided Ii wanted it wider so they went to get more wood to make it the change. When finished they had me test the steps out and they are perfect. They cleaned up even getting down on hands and knees with a brush to clean up all the small sawdust. They came back three weeks later to stain the wood and it is beautiful. I have now asked for an estiimate on a new front door and putting glass windows on my screened in porch. This a family run business and they do great work and are proud of what they do and aim to please. <br />"

"Yes I called for someone to come out for an estimate on January 9th 2026 and Ashton was a wonderful fellow on the phone. Mark called me back within maybe an hour and made an appointment to come out Monday January 12th to do the estimate. The gentleman Mark was very professional he took the time to explain different things about getting the gutters installed and about French drains in a complete thorough educated talk about how to get the water away from the house and how I could possibly set up irrigation to my plants by using water barrels from their downspouts. I haven't decided to use hire yet but if the initial meeting with Mark is so good. Once I deside where I'm going to be spending my money first I'm sure that this company and Mark is who I will hire."

"The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
